Very easy going guy looking for male roommate to share expenses. I have a 2BR/ 2BA in a quiet condo community that has a pool and jacuzzi and is located across the street from a park. Good location- a few blocks to UNLV and the Boulevard Mall, 3 minutes from the LV Strip. You have your own full bathroom, and your bedroom has own phone line and queen size bed (which can be removed). Condo is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, washer/ dryer and 64" TV with Direct TiVo. I am a really nice guy and will help you out with towels and stuff if you need them, and I always have leftovers (I'm a good cook). I am a major sports fan and love football and baseball. I work days and long hours so you'll have a lot of alone time. I am very respectful of your privacy and will give you all the space you want. I have a small cat, am a lite smoker (which I can keep to my room only) and like to drink beers on weekends. Please- No drugs, but 4:20 is OK outside.
