Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 30 days or more before your arrival date are fully refundable with a service charge of 10% of gross sale. Cancellations 30 days or less of your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. Rules Owner and Guest Rental Agreement: Guests will conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb their neighbor’s peace and enjoyment. Please be advised that you, as the guest, will encounter assessed charges for the following violations: a. If damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. Assignment or subletting is prohibited unless authorized and approved by Signature Rentals Owner - Direct. Failure to comply with rental agreement is breach of contract.
