Job Description:
Participate on engineering team for network design
Design, test, document networks to organization standards
Follow and document operational support procedures
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support including leading troubleshooting teams and interfacing with multiple customer IT departments and vendor technical support
Troubleshoot network issues including isolating client, host, and application functionality and performance issues. Provide workarounds and root cause determination.
Monitor and report on network performance
Participate in tactical and strategic planning for network including capacity, availability, security, and application support
Operate Foundry, Cisco, and Extreme device management platforms
Lead functional and project teams
