Building a Pool is a major expense. As an Owner/Builder, you will be saving a lot of money. As you already know, the perfect beginning for building is to have the perfect Design, easy for the Sub Contractors you hire to read.

I will work with you until you are completely satisfied.

WHAT I WILL NEED FROM YOU: (a Plot Map will do)

• A Photo of the back of your home
• A Photo of your existing backyard
• Measurements of your backyard (including any existing Decking – Patio)
• The location of your Gas & Electric meter
• Any ideas you may have of Style
• Location of AC units, large trees, etc.
IF YOU ARE LOCAL IN LAS VEGAS, I CAN MEET WITH YOU AND HANDLE THE ABOVE MYSELF and also show you Pools I have designed in 3D to give you an idea of my work.

The cost will vary according to detail & features. I require a $100.00 Deposit as Good Faith in knowing that you intend to follow through to completion of Design.

I have studied Architecture, Drafting and Art. I have worked in all aspects in the Pool/Spa industry for the past ten years in the capacity of Head Supervisor for two large Pool companies from Design to Engineer, Permits Layout, Grading and Excavation, Plumbing, Electrical, Steel Reinforcement, Inspections, Gunite, Tile, Rock, Decking, Interior Finish and Start up. I have attended schools for all of the major suppliers of Pool equipment, etc. with perfect certification. I have Designed simple conventional Pools to lavish unconventional Pools, residential and commercial.
