Immediate need for inventory/purchasing specialist seeking great schedule, opportunity for growth and casual environment. Communicate and negotiate with vendors and outside sales reps regarding rates and vendor discounts. Perform inventory system transactions and Work Center billing functions. Maintain files and other related records. Will be responsible for purchasing supplies from vendors for the work center, research prices and buy items based on best price and use 3 bid system for non profit organization company.
