Description

Assist the HR Manager and Controller in the implementation of the HRIS system and integrating it with the payroll/accounting system.
Validate the accuracy of the data by testing the information.
Maintain the data and generate the required management reports on a scheduled basis and per managments request.
Ensure accuracy of employee records and dates within the HRIS system.
Evaluate additional modules available for the HRIS systems and the feasibility and the feasibility of the implementation with the current program and present that data to the HR Manager for approval.
Develop training materials and support for end users.Input all new hire paperwork and HR/Payroll Status Forms.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of all employee benefits from payroll deductions and fringe accounts to the GL.
Run monthly reports to be distributed to department heads regarding each associates training progress.
Assist HR Generalist with running monthly resume tracking and prepare statistic reports for monthly board meeting and distribution to department heads.
Scan and index resumes and applications into HRIS systems and/or Application Xtender.
Special projects as assigned by manager.
Work with HR Recruiter to develop monthly recruiting statistics and benchmarking and submit the HR Manager on a monthly basis.
Assists the HR Manager in the calculations of pay and benefit statistics on a semi-annual basis.
Any other duties as assigned by manager.
