High Tech company has an Immediate need for qualified contract coordinator. Responsibilities include negotiate and review of all Sales and Service contracts to ensure compliance with Finance, Legal and Sales Policies and procedures. Coordination of legal terms and conditions as approved by the Companys Corporate Counsel. Document processes for changes in policies and procedures. Troubleshoot systems issues and contracting errors with Sales teams, technical teams and Legal and Finance counterparts. Ad hoc project work to improve processes and communication amongst various teams. BA/BS degree in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent is required, and must have 5 years minimum experience as a contract negotiator with an emphasis on customer contracts. The ideal candidate will process excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience in a software and services environment preferred, and ability to work cross functionally with sales, legal, advertising operations and finance groups.
