Let's face it. You don't have the time to mess with it all...and you need help! Computer guy that speaks plain and simple English is looking to assist YOU!

What I do:

• My computer is mad laggy... why? (I can tell you!)
• I have six hundred viruses on my comp, and I can't format /don't know how/ don't have the time to do it! HELP! (Yep... I can! And I can also guarantee my work.. and actually protect you with some of the neatest tricks in the business.. for one year with one free follow-up servicing for the same issue... included in almost every ticket!)
• I want to play (Medal of Honor, World of Warcraft, insert game here...) but my machine either hangs, crashes, or talks trash to me when I try.. what is wrong!? (I can tell you... and make any estimated upgrade or replacement costs for you... over the internet... NO trip required means no silly TRIP FEE!*)
• I am (insert years here) old and want to actually learn something... maybe like WHY my computer keeps giving me crap, and how to prevent it in the future! (Nothing says empowerment in the digital age like actually KNOWING a little about the computer you use daily. I can teach you how to FISH as well as sell you the salmon!)
• I want my website to show up on the internet! How? (I can help with this too!)

What I don't do:

• "TRIP FEE"....  If I can not help you, or we can not come to an arrangement, for whatever reason.... NO charge!
• Tell you your hardware /hard drive/ insert device here needs to be replaced... when it is the quick fix and isn't the real issue!
• Tell you your computer is too old and that you need all new hardware (unless it is REALLY necessary... inquire about my unique 'Build me a comp without building me a steep credit debt' service... YOU buy it, I'll build it... prices on parts remain in YOUR control.. get a second opinion. I have nothing to fear!)
• LAUGH at you... (because sometimes, it's just not funny!)
• Trap you with a '75 dollar an hour, 3 hour minimum 'fee' of any kind!

• NOT a big company run 'downtown'... experienced, knowledgeable and extremely funny guy that has been doing this since he was a little boy! NO computer too old (no AS500 machines, please :)!
