Immediate need for business development manager seeking exceptional commission program, company truck and opportunity for growth. Two years or more experience as a business development manager, working knowledge of the construction industry and read and understand plans, specifications, contracts scope of work; and directions from Owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors will be keys to success in this growing, well-known, stable organization. Will be responsible for bringing in new clients, finalize all proposals as they know what the customer needs are and responsible for knowing the customer and how they want to see our bids and documents.
