This Used Autofry MTI-40E Ventless Dual Basket Floor Model Electric Fryer was tested by our in house technicians. This unit had oil added to it and was brought up to maximum temperature. The thermostat was monitored to make sure it is functioning properly. The digital controls were then tested to make sure they are adjusting the temperature as needed.
